Arturia Matrixbrute
Simply put, Arturia’s MatrixBrute is a beast of a synthesizer. The unit boasts an all-analog signal path, stellar analog effects, a host of flexible routing options, preset recall, two “Brute-style” oscillators (each with their own dedicated sub-oscillator and waveshaper), and a powerful sequencer that can also be used as a modulation source.
Additionally, the MatrixBrute sports Arturia’s renowned Steiner-Parker multimode filter, also featured in the Mini- and MicroBrute synthesizers, but with an added Drive control for thickening the sound, and a dedicated switch that changes the filter response to either 12dB per octave or 24dB per octave. All of this combined with the MatrixBrute’s intuitive interface make this synthesizer an easy choice for endless sound creation potential.
