Arturia Beatstep

Arturia’s BeatStep is a portable and versatile pad controller adept at triggering clips in various DAWs and VST applications such as Ableton Live, BFD, and EZDrummer.

The unit is a 16-step analog sequencer that is useful for generating phrases that can then be sent to external synthesizers, MIDI devices, and DAWs. The unit can be interfaced with computers, iPads, or various modules equipped with CV/Gate functionality. There’s also a dedicated MIDI Out, meaning users can control external modules with the BeatStep’s pads and internal sequencer. The unit also boasts a standard 1V/Oct and Gate output for use with external modular gear.
